Research and redesign of product page
Minstingen, which is one of Axfood's brands, is a children's assortment consisting of diapers, wet wipes and baby food.
My role
Challenge
Minstingen wanted a new design for their product pages. The main focus was the product pages for their diapers as they had a new design for the product and packaging. The new product has a QR-code that the customer can scan in the store in order to get more information about the product on the website.
Process
In order to find out how the website is experienced and used today, to know what needed to be improved, interviews and user tests were conducted. As a complement, quantitative data was collected from Google Analytics and Hotjar.
Solution
The insights from the survey were used to redesign Minstingen's product pages and to present other possible changes for the entire website, such as a new design for the startpage. The focus was to display the information in an attractive and informative way without losing the brands playfulness.
